    This class offers a traditional aerobics class combined with low weight strength training. It is a total body workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, set to high energy music with the strength conditioning portion focusing on arms, back, chest, legs and core muscles. Enjoy the benefits of stronger muscles and bones, cardiovascular health and improved flexibility. Participants are asked to bring a set of hand-held weights between 1-5 lbs.

    These tennis lessons are for ages 16 and older and are held twice a week in 4-week sessions.

    Zumba is a fun cardio fitness workout set to Latin music.

  13. Pediatric and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED

    Educate yourself and/or family members in case of emergency.
