Body Sculpt

This traditional aerobics class combined with 15 minutes of low weight strength training equals a total body workout. High energy music fuels strength conditioning focusing on arm, back, chest, leg and core muscles. Enjoy the benefits of stronger muscles and bones, cardiovascular health and improved flexibility. Participants are asked to bring a set of hand-held weights between 1-5lbs.
