Celebrate with these July Events!!  Be sure to check out all of our Special Events throughout the entire Summer!

Senior Sunday at VMP 7/1 – Free admission (11:00) to VMP for South Windsor Senior Citizens (over 62). Make your own Ice Cream Sundae bar beginning at 12:00 p.m. for seniors while supplies last. Transportation is available if needed, please call 860-648-6361 by July 28 to schedule a ride. Thanks to South Windsor Human Services for their support in this event.

ECHN Summer Concert Series at Evergreen Walk Park​​July 5: South Windsor Community Band​​July 12: No Big Deal​July 19: Midnight Rodeo​​July 26: Under Cover
​Thursdays, 7:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., located near L.L. Bean. This outdoor summer concert series is a Recreation mainstay in the South Windsor community. (Season begins June 21)

Farmers' Market at Community Center – Saturdays, 7/7. 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 10 a.m.–1 p.m., This popular market offers the freshest locally grown seasonal produce, locally produced foods and products by Connecticut artisans. (Season begins June 16)

​​​Veterans Appreciation @ VMP July 15 – Veterans and their families enjoy FREE admission to the park and pool. Veterans are invited for the day and benefit from a beautiful park, pool, and free refreshments while supplies last.​​

​Free Friday Flicks 7/20--NEW LOCATION!–  Showing Coco! 8:30 p.m., at Evergreen Walk Park at The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk. Join us as we show great family flicks on our ENORMOUS screen. ​Sunset Walk at Nevers Park July 27--– Come out and enjoy beautiful Nevers Park at sunset, walk the trails and bring your own beverage to enjoy by the fire pit. Meet at Rotary Pavilion at 8:00 pm. Led by South Windsor Walk and Wheel Ways​​​​
