Meet your favorite 4th "R" Staff

Stacie Zelinski- Site Director 

I'm Stacie the Site Director at Orchard Hill. I graduated in 2010 from UConn with Bachelors in Sport Management and minor in Business Administration. I've worked with kids for 8 years as a youth coach and camp counselor in my hometown in California as well as during my time at UConn. This summer I worked as a specialist at a day camp in Farmington. This is my second year with the 4th 'R' program and I am happy to be back with such a great group of kids! I look forward to another exciting school year!

Theo Martinez- Assistant Site Director

 Hi! I'm Theodore Martiniez (Theo) and I'm the Assistant Site Director. Before joining the staff in December I worked as a Group Leader, One-on-One, and Substitute Program Leader at a before and after school progra, in Windsor. During the summers, I teach leadership and team building to students in grades 1 through 5. Currently, I am finishing my associates at Capital Community College. Next year I will be pursuing my Bachelors at a 4 year school. I've also served as an advisor with the Windsor Police cadets for the past 2 years. I'm enjoying my time at 4th "R" and enjoying getting to meet everyone!

Matt Carmel- Program Leader

 This is my 1st year in the 4th "R" program. I have worked in after school programs in Manchester as well as summer camps. I am an East Catholic High School alum. I enjoy sports and music.  Also, I coach wrestling at East Catholic High School.

Kelly McCluskey- Program Leader

Hi! This is my first year working with the 4th "R" program and I already love it.  Prior to the 4th "R", I worked with the Little Explorers Summer Camp. I recently graduated from South Windsor High School and am currently attending Manchester Community College in pursue of an associate's degree in communications.  I love to have fun and bring excitement tot wherever I may be.  I also love to travel, paint, and photograph.  I am looking forward to making this an exciting, fun-filled year with the 4th "R".

 Heather Sloate- Program Leader

  Hello! This is my first year at 4th R and I am excited to join the team!  I graduated in 2009 from the University of Vermont with my bachelor's degree in elementary education and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in special education at CCSU.  For the past two summers I have worked at Camp Discovery!  I am looking to making new friends and great memories at 4th R this year!!
