Registration for The 4^th "R" Before and Afterschool Program is on-going and must be done in person at the South Windsor Recreation Department. Registration is on a monthly basis and payments may be made in person, online or automatically charging a credit card after initial registration.

• Please fill out specific 4^th "R" Registration Form .See link at the bottom of page for Registration form and all packet information needed to register for program. Must have completed forms submitted to the Recreation Department, before child can start the 4th "R" program.
• When registering, the first month signed up for must be paid in full, and then the following months can be put on a payment plan. (see below)
• Registration for each month must be done by the 15^th prior to the start of the month you are registering for. 
• Vacation/Holiday and Teacher Conference/Half Day 4th "R" coverage are available for online registration. Active Net online registration Prices are $40 per day/per participant.

Pricing: Prices are based off a monthly charge (November, December, February, April and June are reduced for vacation time).  Prices include all half days and early dismissals.  Ifyou are AM oly care, you have the option to pay $10.00 for PM care on any half days of schools, in the month you are registered for.

Payment Plan:Registration is on a monthly basis.  The first month signed up for must be paid in full and the following months may be placed on a payment plan. You may choose to pay monthly (payment due first of month) or bi-monthly (50% due the 15^th of the prior month, and 50% due by the 1^st of the month).  Payments may be made online, in person, or charged automatically to a credit card.

Refunds:Generally speaking, there will be NO REFUNDS for The 4^th "R" program.  Extended absences due to illness verified by a doctor's note, or extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis for potential prorated refunds. 

If your child will no longer be attending The 4^th "R" program, you must let the Recreation Department know at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the session to receive a full refund.
