Stroller Fitness

Fitness Class designed for moms of ALL FITNESS levels. Similar to group fitness classes with exception of having your baby or toddler safely alongside. Perfect for moms finding it difficult to work out. Each class is designed to challenge everyone based on their fitness level. It is an interval based class that incorporates cardio, strength training, endurance, and flexibility for a total body workout. 1-5 lb. dumbbells recommended but not required.
