Learn how to use equipment in an industrial kitchen, have fun with friends, and enjoy delicious hand made food! In this fun, five-day camp, young chefs will practice essential kitchen skills and learn the fundamentals of cooking. Kids ages 8-12 have the opportunity to create a salad and dressing, a variety of protein dishes, a pasta dish, as well as various veggies and starches for sides. Bon Appetit!
