Weekend Community Center Rentals

The South Windsor Community Center is available for rentals for South Windsor Residents. 

There are a variety of rooms that can be used Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

205 & 207 

Accomodates 60 people

$80.00 Up to 3 hours.

Additional hours $30/hour

Rooms are can be reserved in your desired time from:

Friday: 6:00 pm-11:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am- 11:00 pm

Sunday 10:00 am-11:00 pm

Kitchen available for an additional $50 flat rate (Based on availability).

Banquet Hall

Capacity 60-100

$300.00 for a 5 hour time slot.   

Reservations can only be made in the time slots below: 

Friday 6:00 pm-11:00 pm

Saturday 11:00 am-4:00 pm

Saturday 6:00 pm-11:00 pm

Sunday 11:00 am -4:00 pm

Sunday 6:00 pm -11:00 pm

Kitchen available for an additional $50 flat rate (Based on availability).

*Reservation fee due with registration.

*If it becomens necessary to change the date of your reservation, you must call our office before 4:30pm on the Wednesday prior to your reservation.  Based upon availability.

*Audio/visual equipment is the responsibility of the applicant/organization.  Groups are responsible for room set-up and breakdown.  Rooms must be returned to original condition.  All furnishings and equipment must be returned to storage locations. 

*ALL RESERVATIONS ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL COMFIRMED WITH RECEIPT.
