There are a variety of rooms in the South Windsor Community Center that can be rented Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

For an outdoor party/gathering check out the Pavilion. 

Facilities can now be rented to non-residents!  Please add $10 to rental fees for non-residents.

*Reservation fee due with registration.

*If it becomens necessary to change the date of your reservation, you must call our office before 4:30pm on the Wednesday prior to your reservation.  Based upon availability.

*Audio/visual equipment is the responsibility of the applicant/organization.  Groups are responsible for room set-up and breakdown.  Rooms must be returned to original condition.  All furnishings and equipment must be returned to storage locations. 

*ALL RESERVATIONS ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL COMFIRMED WITH RECEIPT. 

Community Center Rentals for Non-Profit Groups:

Fees will be 50% of the rental cost for the community center rentals if the organization is able to provide: a) the 501 C3 from the IRS for the organization and b) a letter from their Non-Profit Organization sanctioning their event (aka saying their event is indeed approved and related to the Organization)
