Spring/Summer Cardio Class Schedule

Ages 16+

This traditional aerobic class offers a challenging total body workout set to energetic music that is sure to get your heart pumping and your body moving. This class provides stretching, cardiovascular endurance and toning. A great workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

Spring/Summer Creative Cardio – Aerobics with Body Sculpt

Ages 16+ 

This class offers a traditional aerobics class combined with low weight strength training. It is a total body workout for all levels of fitness enthusiasts, set to high energy music with the strength conditioning portion focusing on arms, back, chest, legs and core muscles. Enjoy the benefits of stronger muscles and bones, cardiovascular health and improved flexibility. Participants are asked to bring a set of hand-held weights between 1-5 lbs.
