Yoga

Yoga teaches you how to stretch!  In just a few weeks you’ll be amazed at how much more flexible you are and how much soreness and stiffness you’ve released.  You’ll also be amazed at the benefits of learning how to breathe deeply.  It will improve your overall health in a very short time.  And yoga teaches you how to deeply relax, which feels wonderful beyond words.  Plus yoga is fun! 

Both the morning and evening classes are basic yoga classes and are appropriate for all levels of fitness with no prior yoga experience necessary.  Yoga mat recommended. Because the benefits of yoga accumulate over time, we offer a deep discount for students committing to 2 consecutive 7-week sessions. These classes are taught by experienced Kripalu Certified yoga teachers.
