Zumba class for the whole family

Many families might struggle to find a workout routine that works for all ages since every family member has a different strength and skill level.  Parents and kids can let loose as they burn calories in this high-impact cardio workout. As a result, the family will see the pounds drop as they salsa and samba to the music. Because it is cardio exercise, Zumba offers a full-body workout for the family. Legs, arms, abs and everything in between will be challenged during a Zumba workout.  Parents can use Zumba to teach their children the importance of regular exercise. Siblings can bond as they work through the fun Zumba dance moves. And, the family can challenge each other to workout harder and more regularly, adding some accountability to the family's weight loss goals. The advantage to Zumba is that it is easy enough for every family member, from parents to children, to pick up, but each family member can do the moves at her own skill level. Come and enjoy the party!

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba is a fitness routine that is meant to improve your body and health in general. It is great for people who have difficulty moving because of joint or back problems because of the helpful buoyant comfort the water has to provide. However it is also a great cardio workout when you give it your all and keep those arms, legs and most of all your core engaged as you're working out. Aqua Zumba is a spicy Latin version of Aqua Fitness with great Latin music.

Aqua Zumba keeps the ZumbaFitness workout party going in the pool, led by instructors who have specialty licenses and Aquatic Exercise Association certification. In this class  the steps are classic aqua aerobics with Latin flavor added. . You perform large muscle movements by reaching your arms and lifting your legs in the water, as well as circling yourhips and shoulders.  The typical land-based Zumba dance steps, such as cha-cha, merengue, salsa, reggae ton and mambo, need to be more exaggerated and slower in the water, so the water tempo is half the land tempo. Aqua Zumba is designed for anyone who can follow instructions and manage being in the water. Unlike regular water aerobics, which are linear exercises from one point to another, AquaZumba entails different movements for the verse, chorus and bridge of each song. And it can be appealing to someone who likes Zumba but doesn't want to get as hot as in the land-based classes. Take an Aqua Zumba class today and give it your all and burn up to 400 calories in one class! Ages 16+
