Our low-key running program will put some spring your step and build your confidence for other sports. This twice a week fun-filled program of running, sprinting, hurdling, trail running and field events including the turbo-jay, discus, high jump, long jump and softball throw. Participate in track/cross country meets against other towns. Learn some fundamentals of good health and exercise while getting into running shape. A t-shirt is included. Please note that some organized track meets may fall on different days of the week than the program is typically scheduled.
